Instructions to Access Earned Certificates

1.   From the home page of your portal, click on "Learning Transcript"

2.   Click "ADD FILTERS"

3.   On the far right, you will see the "Set" option

  • Select "General (Assigned)"

  • Click "Apply"

4.  You will see all your assigned credentials. If the credential requirements have been met:

Leadership Excellence:   Achieve a score of 75% or higher on all (20) end-of-module tests

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt:   Achieve a score of 70% or higher on the end-of-course test

You can access your certificate by clicking on the three dots under the “Actions” column on the far right and selecting “View Certificate”
